LATE CANCELLATIONS

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.

We understand that sometimes schedules change. Please give your stylist a 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled within the 24 hour period may incur a charge of 50% of the service rate and/or full rate (for any service under $40) onto your profile. The fee must be paid before we will accept your next appointment. Please let your stylist know if you are running late to your appointment. And we will do the same if an appointment is running longer than expected. We may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
